Property availability, pricing, payment plans, and project details are subject to change without notice.

• We are not responsible for developer performance, delays, or insolvency

9. Property Listings & Accuracy

• Listings are provided for general information only
• Virtus Homes does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability
• Clients must independently verify all property details, approvals, and documents
• Prices and availability are subject to final confirmation

10. Website Availability & Technical Issues

Website access may be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues

We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, errors, or interruptions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Virtus Homes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific Service in dispute

• Violation of applicable laws

19. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Virtus Homes.

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.
